McCain's history
John McCain was born as the son of a naval officer and when he became old enough he went to Annapolis, the prestigous naval acadamy. He graduated from the acadamy and instantly became a naval officer. He was deployed to Vietnam where he barely escaped death several times and was captured as a prisoner of war. He was kept in the infamous Hoa Lo prison for five and a half years. When he was finally released he decided to stay in the navy where he became a captain and finally he retired years later. After the military he decided to go into politics. He became a congressman for the state of Arizona. After his term he became a member of the senate for Arizona and was re-elected for a second term. Now he is going for the presidency.
